"We're together for life." Meghan Markle and Prince Harry celebrated their wedding anniversary.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary: the Duchess of Sussex shared a video of the celebration on her social media.
The couple held a quiet family dinner with their children at their Montecito home. Harry, 41, brought out a cake with candles—a miniature replica of his and Meghan's wedding cake. She also showed off a video of a card her children had made for them and opened a gift from friends: a figurine of two penguins.
When her son and daughter asked her what it was, Meghan explained that she and Harry had thrown a party for friends for their engagement, where they dressed up in penguin costumes as a symbol of marital fidelity.
"Oh, my God. When Mum and Dad got engaged, we had a party with all our friends and said we loved animals and we were penguins. We were penguins because we were together for life," Meghan explains in Archie and Lilibet's video.
Earlier, in honor of their wedding anniversary, 44-year-old Markle posted previously unpublished photos on social media from her lavish wedding with Prince Harry, which took place on May 19, 2018.
