Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce hold hands on NYC date night amid Ohio neighbor feud

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce stepped out hand in hand for a Friday date night in New York City, looking unbothered by the neighbor disputes still simmering back at their $5 million lakefront estate in Bratenahl, Ohio.
Swift, 36, wore a long-sleeved dark green top with coordinating olive pants, loafers, a small black purse and delicate jewelry, her blond hair down in loose waves. Kelce, 37, matched the low-key mood in a cream shirt and dark brown trousers, and was photographed guiding Swift toward a waiting black SUV as they wrapped the evening.
The pair reportedly grabbed dinner at Old Rose inside The Jane Hotel — though that restaurant is listed as permanently closed on Yelp — and celebrity gossip account DeuxMoi speculated they may have instead hit the members-only club San Vicente.
The date came days after the couple marked Kelce's 37th birthday with a romantic dinner at Manhattan hot spot Torrisi on Monday.
The Ohio neighbor complaints
Back in Bratenahl, neighbors have spent recent weeks airing concerns about the stars' proposed landscaping and security upgrades at their sprawling lakefront home. At a village planning meeting, resident Katherine Bolton called Swift and Kelce “absentee” homeowners and warned that proposed evergreen plantings near a shared sewer line could cause “catastrophic sewer backups.” She also said she received a $75,000 estimate for work to prevent damage from tree roots — the latest chapter in weeks of back-and-forth over the property.
Another resident, Chuck Bauernschmidt, raised safety concerns about a newly installed fence and the removal of foliage from the property. Swift and Kelce originally proposed an 8-foot fence around the home, then reduced it to 6 feet following the neighbor pushback. Their contractor says the couple are working to accommodate residents by cleaning a shared sewer line and providing a gate for access.
Front-yard plans have reportedly been approved, with a revised landscaping proposal still expected. Swift and Kelce have not publicly addressed the controversy.
