Travis Kelce 'can't wait' for first Christmas as a married man with Taylor Swift

Travis Kelce is counting down to December. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end told WWD this week that he's already in holiday mode, and that this year carries a little extra weight because it's his first Christmas as a married man.
"I start celebrating as that tree goes up," Kelce said in an interview published Thursday (Nov. 5). "I'm excited for my first holiday as a married man. I love all the old traditions and can't wait to start some new ones."
Kelce tied the knot with Taylor Swift back in July, and the newlyweds are heading into the season with plenty of overlap on the gift-and-food side. Kelce has repeatedly raved about Swift's homemade cooking, and Billboard wagers at least one fresh loaf of sourdough will land on the table this year.
Muffins from mom, and a holiday campaign
The football star is fronting Tommy Hilfiger's holiday campaign alongside BLACKPINK's JISOO, New York Knicks player Josh Hart and others. In a series of festive videos rolling out on social media, Kelce name-checked his favorite Christmas tradition: "mother baking blueberry muffins," a nod to his mom Donna Kelce's famous kitchen.
Swift, meanwhile, has spent years building her own seasonal catalog. She released a holiday EP in 2007 with originals like "Christmases When You Were Mine," and her 2019 single "Christmas Tree Farm" climbed to No. 59 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Kelce has been a Tommy Hilfiger partner since early September, when his first commercial for the brand featured a cameo from the couple's dog, Wendy.
