Creamy spinach puree soup
Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes,
- 1 carrot,
- 1 onion,
- a bunch of spinach,
- 150 ml cream,
- 50 g butter,
- a pinch of hops-suneli,
- ground black pepper to taste,
- salt to taste,
- 2 liters of water.
Preparation:
- In boiling water, throw finely chopped potatoes, chopped and grated carrots.
- Add salt and pepper and cook until tender for 20-30 minutes.
- Chop the spinach, add it to the pan and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Pour in the cream and add the butter. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Whisk with a blender until mashed and garnish with a raw spinach leaf.
Chicken rolls with spinach
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts,
- 1 onion,
- 2 garlic cloves,
- 100 g spinach,
- 100 g of suluguni,
- 200 ml sour cream,
- 1 tablespoon olive oil,
- ground black pepper to taste,
- salt to taste.
Preparation:
- Cut the spinach. Finely chop the onion. Pass the garlic through the garlic bowl. Cover the cheese.
- Fry the onion over medium heat until soft for 5 minutes. Add the spinach to the onion, stir and cook for another 3 minutes. At the end, add the garlic and remove from the heat.
- Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise and beat off the layers with a thickness of about 0.7 cm. Add salt and pepper, put the prepared filling on the fillet and sprinkle with cheese.
- Tightly roll the chicken rolls and fasten them with wooden skewers or toothpicks.
- Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet with olive oil. Top with sour cream. Send the chicken to a preheated 180°C oven and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Spinach omelet
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- 1 cup of milk,
- 30 g butter,
- 1 bunch spinach,
- salt to taste.
Preparation:
- Combine eggs, milk, salt and whisk with a blender.
- Chop the spinach leaves and add them to the egg-milk mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a preheated frying pan with oil.
- Cook the omelet over medium heat under the lid for 5 minutes.
Spinach salad with bacon and egg
Ingredients:
- 150 g of bacon,
- 4 quail eggs,
- 1 sweet onion,
- 1 bunch spinach,
- half a lemon,
- a pinch of sugar,
- ground black pepper to taste,
- salt to taste.
Preparation:
- Cut the bacon into thin slices and fry it until it becomes crispy.
- Boil the quail eggs, cool them, and cut them into quarters.
- Cut the onion into rings, sprinkle with sugar and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Spinach leaves are coarsely torn with your hands.
- Combine the bacon, onion, spinach, salt and pepper.
- Top with eggs, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- a bunch of spinach,
- 6 lettuce leaves,

Preparation:
