Wild cherry salads: easy spring recipes
In the spring, your body misses the sun and warmth and requires the maximum amount of vitamins. Fortunately, at this time of year, nature gives the world useful greenery. One of these actual spring products is wild cherry. The tender and fragrant wild cherry leaves have a savory taste and are an excellent ingredient for spring salads. Wild cherry, cucumber and egg salad
Ingredients:
- Wild cherry-200 g
- Cucumber – 2 pcs.
- Chicken egg – 3 pcs.
- Green onion – 50 g
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper-to taste
- Mayonnaise or sour cream – 2 tbsp.
Cooking method
- Thoroughly wash the leaves of the roof tiles in the drushlag under running water. Shake the water off the leaves well.
- Cover the leaves and petioles. If the stalks seem tough enough to you, you can cut them off and use them, for example, for borscht.
- Cut the green onions finely, cover the boiled eggs and cucumbers with cubes.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise or sour cream.
Wild cherry and radish salad
Ingredients:
- Wild cherry-a bunch
- Radish – 300 g
- Green onion-bunch
- Salt – to taste
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Cooking method
- Thoroughly wash the vegetables and peel them.
- Cover the cherry leaves with medium pieces. Radish cut into thin circles, chop finely green onions.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add salt and vegetable oil.

Ingredients:
- Wild cherry-a bunch
- Mint – a couple of sprigs
- Cucumber – 300 g
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Salt – to taste.
Cooking method
- Cover the medium pieces of cherry and mint, cut the cucumber into cubes.
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl. season with salt and olive oil.

Ingredients:
- Wild cherry – 1 bunch
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
- Feta – 100 g
- Salt – to taste
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
Cooking method
- Cover with medium pieces of cherry, tomatoes and feta cut into cubes.
