Simon Baker's ex-girlfriend denies that the actor broke up with her because of her participation in the anti-vaccination rally

36-year-old designer Laura Gibbs spoke publicly for the first time about her breakup with the star of the series "Mentalist" Simon Baker. She denied rumors that the 52-year-old actor broke up with her because of her participation in the anti-vaccination rally, and called the stories about their breakup in the media untrue.

She noted that  They parted on a friendly note with Simon and now she feels a deep respect for him. What really caused their breakup, she did not specify.

Laura also spoke about her participation in the rally against mandatory vaccination and said that she went there because she is a supporter of freedom and choice.

Despite our differences, we are going through this time together. The decisions made by those in power affect all of us, including our children and their future freedoms. I will not apologize for voicing my concerns when I see how many are struggling, losing their livelihood, and they are silenced, shamed and ridiculed for wanting to ask questions,

Laura is the founder of the sportswear brand Nagnata. She announced that she would not open her store in Byron Bay until unvaccinated shoppers were legally allowed to shop there.
