49-year-old actress Eva Longoria has become the cover girl of the new issue of the Mexican version of Marie Claire magazine. The star of "Desperate Housewives" took part in a photo shoot, posing for photographer Fernando Sippel in designer clothes and jewelry from the Jacob & Co brand.

On the cover, Eva appeared in a red dress with a neckline and white flowers from the fashion house Falguni Shane Peacock. She also tried on a Gucci jacket, wearing it on her naked body, a dress with golden roses on the chest from Nicole + Felicia, a coat with lurex from Tory Burch, a suit with a transparent blouse from Dolce & Gabbana and other things.

In an interview, Eva said that she was able to achieve success in her career only due to her tenacity, determination and refusal to take the word "no" for an answer. The star noted that these qualities were instilled in her by her parents. "They taught me that with hard work I can achieve anything. Learn from mistakes, be able to get up after a fall, accept rejection and do not sit back and wait for opportunities, but force yourself to create your own."

Eva Longoria took a break from acting and during that time managed to present her directorial debut, the film "Scalding Hot". This year, the actress returns to the screens with the lead role in the new series "Land of Women", where she will play a socialite who is forced to flee with her mother and daughter from New York to a Spanish village.

"I just thought it was time to come back. I was offered several TV programs that didn't catch my attention and didn't seem fresh or innovative. I wanted to do something new and interesting, and then I said: I want to film in Spain," Eva said about her participation in the project.

At the end of June, Eva Longoria attended the large-scale fashion event Vogue World in Paris. The actress came to the show in a black tight dress with silver straps.
