Starbucks' 2026 holiday menu adds Tiramisu Velvet and an Apple Pomegranate Refresher

Starbucks is already looking past Halloween. The chain just revealed its 2026 holiday menu, and it lands November 5 with a stack of returning favorites plus two brand-new flavor lineups: Tiramisu Velvet and Apple Pomegranate.

The classics are back too. Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte and Gingerbread Chai all return for the season.

The new drinks to order first

The Tiramisu Velvet lineup is inspired by the classic Italian dessert. It comes as a latte — hot or iced — and as a Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew, both topped with mascarpone cold foam and finished with a cocoa and coffee dusting.

For something lighter, the Apple Pomegranate Refresher mixes crisp apple flavors with popping pomegranate-flavored pearls. Starbucks is also giving it a creamy spin with the Snowy Apple, which adds coconut milk.

The food lineup arrives the same day. Look for a new Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese, a Bearista Cake Pop and a reworked Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich, while the Sugar Plum Cheese Danish, Cranberry Bliss Bar and Snowman Cookie return.

Merch drops with it, too: Bearista-adorned drinkware, a plush keychain and matching accessories. The Holiday Village and Peppermint Mocha collections debut November 5, and the Winter Wonderland collection follows on November 17. Red Cup Day is coming back later this season, though Starbucks has not named a date yet.
