Artist Erik Bulatov has died.

Renowned Soviet and Russian artist Erik Bulatov has died at the age of 92, according to the Telegram channel The Art Newspaper Russia.
Bulatov, who lived in New York since 1989 and lived and worked in Paris since 1992, was not only an artist but also a sculptor, photographer, and illustrator, one of the most prominent representatives of Moscow Conceptualism and contemporary Russian art. For many years, he topped the list of the richest Russian artists today. In 2008, his painting "Glory to the CPSU" sold at Phillips auction in London for $2 million.
Bulatov's most famous works include "Entry - No Entry," "Freedom," and "Living and Seeing." Most of his paintings are in private collections abroad, but some are on display at the Tretyakov Gallery, the Centre Pompidou, and the Guggenheim Museum.
