Larisa Dolina's anniversary concert was canceled amid an apartment scandal.

Larisa Dolina's anniversary concert, scheduled for March 6 at the Moscow House of Music, has been canceled amid the apartment scandal, StarHit reports.
According to the resource, the organizer has already notified the 70-year-old artist of the event's cancellation, citing "a large number of negative comments and complaints from viewers."
It is also reported that Dolina's concert has already been replaced on the poster with a performance by Agata Muceniece's husband, musician Petr Dranga.
According to media reports, tickets for the singer's concert were selling poorly—out of more than 1,500 tickets, only about 20% were sold, according to the latest data. Meanwhile, Komsomolskaya Pravda reports that Dolina, in the wake of the apartment controversy, has now changed her strategy: she's abandoning large venues and media advertising to focus on smaller venues with on-site advertising for a loyal audience.
As a reminder, last year Dolina admitted to selling her apartment in Khamovniki for 112 million rubles to Muscovite Polina Lurye and handing the proceeds over to fraudsters. In total, she handed over approximately 180 million rubles to the criminals. Realizing what had happened, Dolina filed a lawsuit, which returned the property to her, leaving Lurye without an apartment or money.
Following this, similar cases of apartments being returned to their owners months or even years after the sale began to appear across the country, and the phenomenon became known as "the effect" or "Dolina's scheme." On social media, calls were made for the singer to be "cancelled," even some of her colleagues spoke out against her, and the International Bar Association sided with Lurye. The "Dolina scheme" was called the most negative event of 2025, and has already become a meme. The story received such widespread attention that it even featured in an article in the American magazine Vanity Fair. Dolina's concerts are now being cancelled in some cities across the country due to low ticket sales.
Only recently did the Supreme Court recognize Lurye's rights to Dolina's apartment, and the singer was ordered to vacate the disputed premises. However, the artist refused to move out immediately.
