Prince Harry revealed he underwent psychotherapy before becoming a father.

Prince Harry revealed that before his son Archie was born, he saw a therapist to deal with issues from his past: "I knew I had things from my past that I needed to deal with, so I had to get clean."
On April 14, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle began a four-day visit to Australia. Today, according to the Daily Mail, Prince Harry attended a solo event for the Movember charity, which promotes men's health. During a conversation with guests, Harry stated that the best preparation for the birth of a child is psychological therapy, which he underwent before becoming a father.
Harry also revealed that as a father, he is more open with his children than his father, King Charles III: "There are conversations happening in the family now that never happened between me and my parents."
Harry also noted that he is still in a privileged position, since he works from home, so he can spend all his free time with his children. Therefore, according to the prince, it is so important for him to "be the best version of myself" with his children, six-year-old Archie and four-year-old Lilibet, and not to hurt them.
As a reminder, Prince Harry and actress Meghan Markle, who married in 2018, stepped back from their royal duties and left London in 2020, moving to the United States. After severing ties with the royal family, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex gave an interview to Oprah Winfrey and starred in a documentary, sharing their story of life at the Court of Windsor.
The couple currently lives in Montecito and is raising two children, Archie and Lilibet. Meghan and Harry have their own production company, which hasn't released new projects in a while. Meanwhile, the Duchess of Sussex runs her own business, the home goods brand As Ever, which Netflix recently terminated its contract with. Rumor has it that Meghan came to Australia, where she had already registered several trademarks, specifically to promote her company's products.
Furthermore, until recently, Meghan had her own cooking show, "Love, Meghan," which ended after its second season due to low ratings. Even the Duchess of Sussex's devoted fans on social media mocked her basic recipes using extremely expensive ingredients.
