Larisa Dolina registered in her Khrushchev-era apartment in the Moscow region after being evicted from her Khamovniki apartment.

Larisa Dolina, who previously said she was renting an apartment due to a lack of money for a new one, has registered in a Khrushchev-era building in Lefortovo. The 70-year-old singer owns the property, Shot reports.

About twenty years ago, the People's Artist bought a two-room apartment in the Moscow region, measuring 50 square meters, in a five-story building built in 1961. Dolina never lived there, but on December 25 of last year, according to a source, she registered her residence there. This occurred amid the star's eviction from a controversial five-room apartment in Khamovniki, which she sold to Polina Lurye and gave the proceeds to scammers.

Earlier, Larisa Dolina's director called for an end to the bullying.

As a reminder, in 2024, Larisa Dolina revealed she had fallen victim to fraud. The singer sold her apartment in central Moscow to Polina Lurye for 112 million rubles and gave the money, along with other savings, to the criminals. In total, Dolina handed over approximately 180 million rubles to the scammers. After realizing what had happened, the singer filed a lawsuit, which returned the apartment to her, leaving Polina Lurye homeless and penniless.

The situation sparked a resounding response when similar cases began to occur across the country, and the scheme was named after Dolina. Most sided with Lurye, while the singer was targeted for "cancellation." Ultimately, the court ruled in favor of the buyer, and bailiffs evicted Dolina from her apartment while she was vacationing in Abu Dhabi. She is currently renting, allegedly due to a lack of funds for a new home. However, the star owns other properties, including a mansion in the Moscow region, where, incidentally, a homemade pond was discovered, and now the artist must pay approximately 50 million rubles for its removal.
